Trevor bought me an owl necklace off Etsy that came this week and I loooooove it! I also bought some japanese fabric depicting Alice in Wonderland scenes and also one with red riding hood on it. But it's coem to the point where I've had to say OK no more purchases until I sell something!
So now my only real worry is never being able to buy anything because nothing is selling hehe
Oh my last purchase however was on Ebay for a Blythe doll! I think some of these dolls are absolutely gorgeous. I didn't think much of them until I noticed the 'Dolly Did It' cards that were hitting Perth like a storm.
Here are some of the photos I loved.

And this is the one I decided to buy

She's only a petite Blythe and is only about 11cm tall but that's all I wanted :)

It's so hard to sell on Etsy, well for some, i guessss. So many talented people out there. I think the key really is promoting yourself shamelessly, and not giving up. It's fun being involved anyhow, I try to concentrate on that, plus you meet some neat folks. (ie you!)
Love the blythe dolly you bought, so cuteeeeeee! I bet she'll inspire some paintings too!
Anyhow Happy New Year, here's to creating lots of good stuff!! xx
KILL IT! KILLLLL IT!
those things are freaky. they remind me of those living dead doll freak things KILLLLLL
oh shush, the living dead are cool.
Besides it's only the big Blythe dolls that change their eye colour to red and grey and stuff that look like devil spawn.
The petite ones are pure cuteness! I'm totally getting you one for yr birthday.
Hey, another Perthian! I found you on Miss Dot's blog :) Love your work! I also love Blythe, I have one, and she is enough (for my wallet anyhow).
